To celebrate American Craft Beer Week, Carnival Cruise Line has created a special tropical flavored beer served exclusively at the RedFrog Pub and Brewery on thier ship Vista.  As you may know, it's the first brewery on a North-American based crusie ship. Vista's Brewmaster Colin Presby and Hotel Director Pierre Camilleri tapped the first firkin cask of Miami Guava Wheat at  the pub for ACBW.

Presby saidf he used the local cusine of Carnival Vista's homeport of Miami as inspiration when developing the light bodied beer. "Since Carnival Vista began sailing from Miami, I've been fascinated by tropical fruit and Cuban cusine so I'm beyond thrilled to create this new Miami Guava Wheat in honor of American Craft Beer Week for our guests to enjoy, "Presby said.

The palate-friendly tangy wheat beer joins three other Vista-only beers brewed on the ship's 3.5 hL two vessel glass brewhouse, ThirstFrog Port Hoppin' IPA, ThirstyFrog Caribbean Wheat and FriskyFrog Java Stout, but will only be available for a limited time so you better hurry!
