Floridafest will be available for a limited time in the Social Hall, restaurants, bars and select stores starting early September

Munich meets Miami! Concrete Beach Brewery, an artisanal craft beer brewery located in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District, is releasing their Oktoberfest-inspired coconut lager called Floridafest.

“Floridafest is Concrete Beach's Miami-style take on a German classic, the Märzen" explained Jesse Morris, Social Hall Manager. "A deep amber hue, akin to homemade caramel strikes the eye, along with a rocky foam cap. The aroma is bready and sweet, with notes of dark fruit that is underscored by the pleasant presence of toasted coconut. On the tongue, the flavors of malt, hops, and coconut play together creating a pleasantly sweet, clean lager that leaves you with the desire for another sip, another pint, and another keg!”

Floridafest is brewed with Europils, Dark Munich, Melanoidin and Carapils Malt, Hallertau and Tettnang Hops, and measures 5.7% ABV & 25 IBU's.

Floridafest will be available on draft at the Social Hall and in select restaurants and bars starting in early September, and will also be available in six packs of 12oz cans in stores, such as Total Wine, select Whole Foods, ABC, and Milam’s supermarkets, Stop n Shop by the University of Miami, as well as where fine craft beer is sold.  Look for it and Concrete Beach’s other beers on their online Beer Finder.
