We paid a visit to The Hourglass Brewery when we were recently in Orlando. They are actually about 15 minutes down I-4 from downtown O-town in Longwood, the 'burbs of Orlando.

How'd they get the name you wonder..... it came with the building. They are located at 1010 Virginia Drive, right along the Urban Bike Trail in the Mills50 District.
