November brings the release of a couple of sought-after beers by Due South Brewing.

ds ccaTheir first release is their Maple Orange Imperial Caramel Cream Ale, their winter seasonal for 2016-2017. It begins with a base of Imperial Caramel Cream Ale with which they add orange and maple. The beer will be available on draft and in 12 ounce cans in both their taproom and in distribution.

They are putting the finishing touches on Mexican Standoff, an incredibly complex porter filled with chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla bean, and chili peppers. It’s rich, spiced, and full of tingly heat. They made a special limited batch of this highly requested beer, so look for this one to be available in their taproom and in crowlers to-go.

They also have a new beer that will soon see wide distribution: Citrafied, a Citra hop heavy American pale ale that sits at 5.1% ABV. It’s light, refreshing, and displays some amazing tropical fruit aromas. They are bringing this one out in stages, it’s currently available on draft in their taproom, followed by distribution in both kegs and 12 ounce cans by the end of November.

Finally, November is Caramel Cream Month, where they will be highlighting their classic and best-selling beer. If you haven’t tried a Caramel Cream Ale lately, you should. Due South will also be having special tasting events at select retailers throughout the month.
