OTC kicks off American Craft Beer Week with a Cigar City Beer dinner on Monday, May 12. Chef Jacob Anaya has prepared a five course menu each paired with Cigar City brews including Lue Gim Gang which will be the first time this beer is ever poured in Miami.
1st course - Flavors of the sun paired with Lue Gim Gang (first time ever in Miami)
2nd course- Local fish crudo paired with Rasperry Wit
3rd course - Squid Ink rice paired with Maduro Poached cuttlefish and conch noodles in white wine and onion, textures of onions
4th course- “Three little pigs” paired with Invasion Pale Ale Sous-vide loin, braised pork belly, crispy ear, textures of rainbow Swiss chard & bean cassoulet
5th course- Bomba Rice con Leche with Chicory Dickory Choc Brown Ale
