The acclaimed craft beers of J. Wakefield Brewing (JWB) will be featured at the next Chef Allen's Farmer’s Table at The Cafe at Books & Books in The Arsht Center on Monday, January 23rd at 6:30PM.

Titled, Veggies, Brews & Ancient Grains, the dinner pairs Chef Allen Susser’s farm-to-table food creations and Johnathan Wakefield’s craft beer creations. Guests are also welcome to browse the accompanying farmer’s market which opens at 4:00PM.

Here’s a look at the menu the legendary Miami chef and original Mango King has planned and the JWB beer that will be served with each course (The menu and beers are subject to change.).
